1845-1851- Great Famine in Ireland had a social effect because a third of population left for America, a third were killed, and a third were left after the Great Famine ended.

1830- After Louis XVIII died, Charles X took in charge, but his reign ended early because he revoked the Constitutional Charter. This led to the government collapse and Louis Phillippe replaced him.
1849- National Assembly completed the first draft of liberal constitution, but Frederick William IV refused to accept the constitution.

1870-1871- Franco-Prussian War; the result of the war united new nations, Germany and Italy.

1815- British laws edited Corn Laws which prohibited the importation of foreign grain.
1817- Battle of Peterloo happened because it started with the people’s reaction to the revision of Corn Laws.
1860- In Russia, the railroads let agricultural Russia to export grains and earn money, furthering the economic development.
1866- After the Austro-Prussian war ended, Austria paid no reparations or lost territory to Prussia.
1871- France lost to Prussia in Franco-Prussia war and not only did they gave Alsace-Lorraine to Prussia, but they paid an indemnity of 5 billion gold francs to Prussia as well.
